Become a part of a renowned sustainable engineering design consultancy as a Proposal & Marketing Specialist.

THE PROPOSAL AND MARKETING SPECIALIST ROLE:
In this position, you will engage in a variety of supportive proposal and marketing initiatives aimed at fostering ongoing business development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the proposal process, effectively managing eProcurement systems, and serving as the Proposal Coordinator for active opportunities. Assist in managing the proposal library.
  • Prepare and format proposal response documents while ensuring effective version control. Develop branded resumes, project summaries, and capability statements for proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales and proposal activity reports.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development and Social Value leaders to execute the marketing strategy.
  • Lead internal communications through various channels such as emails, meetings, and visual displays.
  • Support the submission of award nominations.
  • Maintain the website and social media platforms, aiding in the creation of on-brand design materials and content.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in proposal writing within the industry.
  • Valid driving license and readiness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects under tight deadlines, coordinating tasks and individuals while effectively resolving issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop relationships and manage stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a systematic, process-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, business-critical environment.
