Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our team at SDS Engineering. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through supporting bid and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and format bid response documents with effective version control, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development team to deliver a comprehensive marketing plan, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Update our website and social media channels with engaging content, supporting the creation of on-brand design work and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Level 4 qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects to tight deadlines, coordinating tasks, and individuals, with a track record of successfully solving problems and issues.
  • Proficiency in design software would be an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel throughout the Southwest region.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal hours to support marketing activities when required.
