Job Title: Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of insurance products, including property owners, engineering, contract all risks, terrorism, and management liability.
  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with account executives and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurers to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Produce correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards.
  • Face-to-face client meetings occasionally both inside and outside the office.
  • Answer general queries competently by telephone, email, post, or in person, ensuring the information provided is accurate.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Account Handling role (Insurance) is required.
  • A passion for building fantastic working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum 5 GCSE, Grades A-C (9-5) including English and Maths.
