Talent Acquisition and Employee Lifecycle Management

KMK HR Solutions is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, overseeing the employee lifecycle, and providing HR advisory services to support the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and exit processes, to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide guidance on employment law, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support employees through various life events, including parental leave, flexible working requests, and occupational health referrals.

We are offering a salary range of £36,000 - £44,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for HR and recruitment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
