About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Reed. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for owning, managing, and developing two of our core brands, ensuring market share growth in line with our targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
  • Product Management: Manage and develop product ranges to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales and marketing collateral, develop marketing materials for product releases and updates, and present new products, features, and benefits to internal and external customers.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze sales data and market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and drive competitor analysis and support targeted campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis metrics for senior leadership teams, and engage with customers to understand requirements and develop insights for future product development.
  • Brand Management: Manage brand assets, communicate updates, and maintain and grow brand affiliations and partnerships.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as the Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's voice and personality.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in brand development and managing consumable products or FMCGs.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the latest B2B marketing trends and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills, understanding of sales in the professional cleaning and hygiene sector, data-driven mindset, creative thinking, resilience, and motivation.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications and experience.
