About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Management Team: Collaborate with our management team to ensure that health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met and exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Support and facilitate effective and proportionate management of HSQE across the region.
  • Relationship Building: Develop positive and proactive business relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Technical Advice and Support: Provide technical advice, coaching, training, and support delivery of risk management programs.
  • Incident Management: Support accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Compliance: Assist in maintaining ISO and FORS accreditation and support internal and external audits.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Qualification in Health and Safety: A Level 3 qualification in health and safety is essential for this role.
  • Travel: Regular travel across the region with occasional overnight stays.
