Job Title: Health & Safety Manager

At Bellway Homes, we are committed to creating a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and guidance to employees. They will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on health and safety performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards, and who is able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for health and safety, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and motivated individual
