Social Work Professional for Vulnerable Children

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team in a challenging yet rewarding role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing Pre-Birth Assessments, preparing Child Protection reports, and attending CP conferences and court. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a multi-agency setting and contribute to the development of care plans for vulnerable children.
Responsibilities:
- Completing Pre-Birth Assessments and compiling comprehensive reports
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Preparing court statements, chronologies, and care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Full membership of the HCPC as a Registered Social Worker
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus a guaranteed weekly payment.
