We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to delivering exceptional care and support.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, leading a team of Care Assistants, and maintaining accurate records. They will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential physical and mental stimulation through various social and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care that meets the individual needs of our residents
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and participate in regular audits
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation
Requirements:
  • A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
