We are seeking a dedicated Senior Nursing Care Practitioner to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our night shift team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents.

As a Senior Nursing Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering person-led care planning and overseeing the administration of medicines, wound care, and other clinical tasks under the supervision of qualified nurses.

This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Care Assistants looking to develop their skills and take on more responsibility. Our comprehensive development program will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality resident care, adhering to Person-Centred Approach principles.
  • Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform catheter care under qualified nurse supervision.
  • Participate in care planning, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to policies, and report any concerns or incidents promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Nursing or related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare, with senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Current registration with NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) or relevant regulatory body.
