Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at South and Vale District Council. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in providing financial expertise and support to our council departments.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £47,632 (Grade 6/7) and a generous benefits package.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Principal Accountant with the production of management accounts, providing financial guidance and support to council departments, and contributing to the development of financial plans and strategies.
