Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner

£23,450 - £24,514 (pro rata)

About the Job:

We are recruiting for a Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Turning Point Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with mental health issues, physical health, and learning disabilities.

You will work closely with service users, engaging them with their interests and empowering them to develop skills and independence.

  • Providing individualised support to service users, promoting growth and independence.
  • Accompanying service users to community groups and activities.

  • Developing tailored support plans to meet individual needs.
  • Supporting service users to access community resources and activities.
