Culinary Support Specialist

Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Culinary Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary support to our residents, ensuring that they receive high-quality meals that meet their dietary needs.
As a Culinary Support Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced chefs to plan and prepare delicious meals. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored. Additionally, you will maintain personal hygiene to comply with Cygnet standards and food hygiene regulations.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of balanced, appetising meals
* Perform cooking tasks and other kitchen duties
* Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, service areas, and dining room
What We Offer
* An estimated salary of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements
* Experienced in catering, preferably within a care setting
* Holder of a food hygiene certificate with good personal hygiene standards
