Account and Data Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Healix Health.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to maintain, develop, and enhance the income derived from existing key accounts, utilizing consultative and resourceful methods, along with robust data to substantiate and enhance our offerings and benefit profitably in a competitive market place.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain, develop, and enhance income from existing key accounts.
- Utilize consultative and resourceful methods to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a healthy, positive internal and external perception and network to promote Healix and our capabilities professionally.
- Manage, maintain, and develop key accounts to achieve financial targets.
- Develop relationships with the intermediary market to generate incremental income on existing accounts and identify new client opportunities for Healix.
- Oversee and project-manage the renewal process for defined key accounts, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are involved and aware of requirements.
- Retain and develop healthy relationships with all external account owners.
- Ensure an excellent commercial knowledge of client businesses and sectors.
- Research and keep up-to-date with commercial or industry news/changes.
- Present capabilities to clients through direct communication, virtual and face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Represent Healix Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Support the Head of Client Relationships commercially with marketing activities/initiatives to ensure we remain competitive and gain knowledge within the marketing sector.
- Ensure new business opportunities are identified and referred to the relevant sales team.
- Excellent account management skills with a proven track record of delivering.
- Ability to creatively work with audiences to successfully and profitably account manage.
- Professional sales training.
- Financial awareness with the ability to interpret and deliver numbers.
- Ability to use MI-type data and deliver competently to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to see beyond immediate requirements (future opportunities).
- Contract ownership and legal contract negotiations.
- Good command of English with the ability to write (communicate) with all audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to achieve monthly targets and quarterly quotas with minimal supervision.
