Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Healix Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing the income derived from existing key accounts, using consultative and resourceful methods.
The role requires close working relationships with key stakeholders, including Data & Pricing, Finance, Operations, and the Clinical Support Teams. The Account Manager will assist in the development of the Healix trust proposition and create and maintain a healthy, positive internal and external perception and network to promote Healix and our capabilities professionally.
The ideal candidate will have excellent account management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results. They will be capable of hands-on problem-solving, generating ideas, and solutions, and motivated and hardworking with the ability to stimulate and foster healthy relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and develop key accounts.
- Support and assist in achieving required financial targets.
- Develop relationships with the intermediary market to generate incremental income on existing accounts and identify new client opportunities for Healix.
- Oversee and project-manage the renewal process for defined key accounts, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are involved and aware of requirements.
- Retrain and develop healthy relationships with all external account owners.
- Ensure an excellent commercial knowledge of client businesses and sectors, researching and keeping up to date with any commercial or industry news/changes.
- Present capabilities to clients through direct communication, virtual and face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and emails, representing Healix Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Use the SBR approved QUIS consultative approach to develop client and intermediary relationships.
- Support the Head of Client Relationships commercially with marketing activities/initiatives to ensure we remain competitive and gain knowledge within the marketing sector.
- Ensure new business opportunities are identified and referred to the relevant sales team.
Requirements:
- Excellent account management skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Capable of hands-on problem-solving, generating ideas, and solutions.
- Motivated and hardworking with the ability to stimulate and foster healthy relationships.
