Are you looking for a new role in HR? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Systems Coordinator.
This is a great opportunity to grow and develop as an HR professional, working with a talented team at the Nicholas Associates Group Limited.
We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist - HR who will be responsible for carrying out pre-employment checks, processing DBS applications, and maintaining HRIS and HR data. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience).
The successful candidate will provide first-line HR support to managers and employees, including providing advice and guidance on HR-related matters. They will also assist with the recruitment process, ensuring that new employees receive a good experience transitioning from candidate to employee.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages, and previous HR admin experience. A working knowledge of HR systems is desirable but not essential.
