About the Job

The role involves handling all aspects of the purchase ledger, including receiving and posting invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and managing daily cash receipts. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess effective credit control skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and timely reconciliation of supplier statements.
  2. Implement efficient credit control strategies to manage overdue accounts and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  3. Perform administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and booking travel arrangements.
Essential Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong credit control experience and knowledge of financial procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Familiarity with D365 or similar ERP systems.
