  • Drive operational development of integrated facilities management solutions across the account
  • Develop and maintain the account development plan involving key stakeholders
  • Develop and propose business propositions, ensuring a pipeline of opportunities
  • Set up and manage client interactions across the country account, focusing on innovation and best practice sharing
  • Manage staffing and competence development of employees, ensuring a balance between resources and performance
  • Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and operational processes
  • Deliver exceptional service quality
  • Develop and lead the delivery of soft and hard services
  • Identify and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract to optimize profit

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering facilities management services in both hard and soft FM, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in managing multiple teams and service streams
  • Strong commercial acumen and finance management skills
  • Ability to run a profit and loss statement
