About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home team at HC-One. As a nurse at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing person-centred care that is tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and guidelines in nursing care.
