Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in Gloucester. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing one HR Administrator and requiring 21 hours of work per week, which can be distributed across three full days or shorter days throughout the week.
About the Role- Employee Relations: The primary point of contact for employee concerns.
- Performance Management: Oversee probation reviews and provide guidance to managers for annual appraisals.
- Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages. Lead monthly payroll processes and collaborate with finance to manage salary administration.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop or facilitate programs to support employee skill development, compliance training, and leadership development.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
- Data and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate day-to-day HR records.
The salary for this position is between £40,000 and £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 24 days' holiday per year, rising to 29 days after service, group life assurance, employer contributions towards your pension, and access to various employee discounts and schemes.
Key Requirements- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar HR function.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labour relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to prioritise work.
- Good IT skills, especially Excel and web-based systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated team player who can work collaboratively within the organisation.
