Sales Director

Our client, a successful business in the fast-paced sales industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management and will be able to effectively sell products to customers.

The role involves assisting with existing customer retention by analyzing and monitoring low or non-trade accounts. This includes making regular contact with customers and monitoring their accounts to ensure they are receiving the best service possible. Additionally, the Sales Director will be responsible for planning a weekly call schedule to effectively manage customer relationships across the ledger.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in existing customer retention by analyzing and monitoring low or non-trade accounts
  • Assisting in new customer retention by relevant contact and monitoring of accounts
  • Planning a robust call schedule weekly to ensure effective customer management across the ledger
  • Maintaining strong commercial awareness
  • Managing time effectively
