Highway Maintenance Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Highway Maintenance Specialist to join our Transportation team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our Asset & Professional Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our highway network.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough safety inspections of the highway network, identifying defects and recommending maintenance measures to rectify them. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement effective solutions, ensuring the network remains safe and efficient.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of highway inspecting principles and practices. You'll also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
- Education or qualification in highway inspecting
- Work experience in the highway maintenance sector
- LANTRA accredited Highways Inspection certificate (training will be provided)
