- Provide regular delivery reports, metrics, and measurements to business stakeholders.
- Set the standard for project delivery management, ensuring quality and attention to detail in all communication and deliverables.
- Engage and build trust with the team and stakeholders through regular activities and open communication.
- Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture, recognizing and valuing individual contributions.
- Provide delivery confidence by managing complex internal and external dependencies, removing blockers and impediments.
- Manage changes in project scope, costs, resources, and timing within agreed governance and change control processes.
- Own and engage in all stages of the agile development process, including planning, stand-up, show-and-tell, and retrospective ceremonies.
- Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team, creating a supportive environment for growth and development.
- Knowledge and experience of applying a range of delivery/development life cycles, including Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building rapport and inspiring confidence.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness, with experience of managing budgets and resource utilization.
- Value and outcome-driven, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects.
- Experience in agile delivery methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum, and transitioning teams to agile ways of working.
- Ability to work extensively with geographically distributed teams on and offshore.
