The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment and Talent Assistant to support our People Team in managing the entire in-house recruitment process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing vacancies and supporting candidates through the on-boarding process
- Assisting with recruitment events and general HR tasks
- Covering reception duties as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of HR admin and in-house recruitment experience
- Level 3 CIPD qualification
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and previous experience using an ATS
- Excellent attention to detail and high-level administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and balance priorities
