We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our packing team at Charlie Bighams. This is a full-time role with 34 hours condensed into 3 days, Monday to Thursday off. The ideal candidate will have experience with packing machinery and strong quality focus.
Responsibilities:- Supervise packing operations and maintain quality standards.
- Replenish packing machines with cardboard supplies.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- Record food preparation data and logs.
- Hand over shifts effectively to colleagues.
- Experience with packing machinery and computer skills.
- High attention to detail and strong quality focus.
- Able to learn new equipment efficiently.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.48, increasing to £15.10 after 3 months.
- Overtime payments at 1.5x the hourly base rate.
