Job Overview

This role is for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our Primary Care Team in a prestigious clinic location in Canary Wharf, London.

We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, who can work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Data Entry: You will be responsible for entering patient data into our system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Email Management: Responding to emails in a professional and timely manner, providing clear and concise information to patients and colleagues alike.
  • Front Desk Duties: Greeting patients, handling phone calls and providing administrative support as required.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Medical Secretaries and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a reception or administration role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
