Job Title: Primary School Year 5 Teacher

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Year 5 Teacher to join our team at Impact Teachers. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring a class of Year 5 students, promoting academic excellence and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaising with Parents: The Year 5 Teacher will be expected to maintain open communication with parents, providing regular feedback on student progress and achievements.
  2. Establishing Classroom Standards: The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of pupil behaviour, creating a productive and orderly learning environment.
  3. Technology and Interpersonal Skills: The Year 5 Teacher will need to be comfortable using technology, online management systems, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Teaching Qualifications: The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification.
  2. British QTS: The Year 5 Teacher appointed will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  3. Classroom Experience: The successful candidate will require proven classroom experience or training as a Year 5 Teacher.
