Business Development Head

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Director to join our Girbau UK team.
About the Position:- Work closely with the Key Account Relationship Manager to provide regular feedback and update reports to customers.
- Manage customer escalations and collaborate across the business to expedite solutions and mitigate costs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team engagement skills, with excellent communication and issue-resolution expertise.
Key requirements include a minimum of one year's experience in management and customer service within a busy office environment, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous).
An estimated salary for this role is £42,000-£50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The position is located in Hitchin, Herts, with flexible working hours and a full-time on-site commitment.
