About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to our clients in the Slough area.

Responsibilities

* Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas to a high standard
* Perform landscape gardening and landscaping tasks, including pruning and spraying
* Conduct greenkeeping tasks, including mowing and edging
* Operate a van and use tablet and smartphone apps for task management
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets

Requirements

* IT literate with experience using tablet and smartphone apps
* Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to use a company van
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Previous experience in grounds or gardening environment
* Local to the Slough area

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour
* 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm with a 30-minute unpaid break
