Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Just Ask Estate Services, part of the Nexgen Group. As an award-winning provider of professional Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance services, we recognize the importance of investing in our people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain various sites, including dusting, damp wiping, and washing surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Empty waste bins and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items, such as soap and toilet paper.
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning experience is essential.
  • Full Clean Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but a vehicle will be provided.
  • IT literacy, including the use of tablets and smartphone apps.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
