About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
  • Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Hover carpeted areas.
  • Empty waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels (if contractual).
  • Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks (if contractual).
  • Clean communal kitchen areas (if contractual).

Requirements

  • 1+ year of cleaning experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
