About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in the Slough area. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out lawn cutting and landscape gardening tasks to maintain high standards of presentation.
  • Perform greenkeeping and greenkeeper tasks to ensure the health and well-being of our clients' grounds.
  • Prune hedges and carry out spraying tasks as required.
Requirements
  • IT literate with experience of using tablet and smartphone apps.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to use a company-provided van.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in grounds or gardening environments.
  • Local to the Slough area.
