Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage a CRM database to track client interactions and sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of success in developing relationships and driving sales growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
