Job Description

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the care team to provide outstanding support and services* Manage staff rotas, schedules, and performance monitoring* Oversee maintenance of high standards of care and support, adhering to company policies and procedures* Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and care outcomes* Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as healthcare professionals and social services* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation
