  • Manage and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or manufacturing background.
  • Knowledge of clean room environments and food/pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
