Autism Support Specialist

As an Autism Support Specialist with Step One Charity, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Condition in Devon. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily tasks and activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Assisting with medical appointments and medication management
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and provide seamless support services
