About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically-experienced registered clinician to join the Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Outreach Team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

Main Responsibilities

  1. To work collaboratively with other LDA Outreach colleagues, community learning disability and autism colleagues, and colleagues from The Brook, a 10-bedded Learning Disability and Autism inpatient unit.
  2. To develop broad multidisciplinary representation, including Mental Health and Learning Disability nursing, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy backgrounds.
  3. To prioritise and manage workload, possessing extensive clinical knowledge and advanced clinical leadership skills.
  4. To demonstrate excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act knowledge, as well as advanced interpersonal, communication, formulation, and risk assessment skills.

Benefits

The salary for this role is £46,148-£52,809 per year. We offer a relocation package as part of this offer. This is a Band 7 role, subject to job matching. A relocation package is available as part of this offer.
