Job Description:

BTVK Advisory, a leading advisory firm, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its team as a Forensic and Litigation Expert. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide insurance claim and litigation support, prepare damages calculations, and provide forensic accounting and business valuation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to provide insurance claim and litigation support.
  • Prepare damages calculations and provide forensic accounting and business valuation services for insurers, law firms, corporates, and other stakeholders.
  • Report directly to Principal and/or Director, involved in all project phases related to valuation or forensic accounting assignments.
  • Prepare, review, and critique complex business valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow and LBO modeling.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Levels and Bachelor's Degree.
  • ACA or ACCA certifications required.
  • Forensic accounting backgrounds with specific experience in business valuation and litigation support required.
  • Audit and financial due diligence experience beneficial.
