Job Description

The Investment Banking Senior Associate is a key role within our Institutional Banking team, responsible for assisting clients in raising capital and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of Citi's Investment Banking business activities, leveraging past experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities.
  • Contribute to building Citi's franchise by providing high-quality services to clients.
  • Manage and mentor analysts, providing detailed guidance and feedback, and managing information flow.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures, creating financial analyses, and demonstrating problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and track business development.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This role requires a high level of expertise and experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on client service and business development. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
