Investment Banking Senior Associate

The Investment Banking Senior Associate is a key role within our Institutional Banking team, responsible for assisting clients in raising capital and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of Citi's Investment Banking business activities, leveraging past experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities.
  • Contribute to building Citi's franchise by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor analysts, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their success in the role.
  • Collaborate with the Institutional Banking team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
