Job Title: Investment Banking Associate

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Associate to join our Institutional Banking team. As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a key role in assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of Citi's Investment Banking business activities, leveraging your expertise in financial analysis and market trends.
  • Contribute to building Citi's franchise by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor analysts, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their success in the role.
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, upholding the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely related field; Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures, creating financial analyses, and demonstrating problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and track business development.
