Investment Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join our team in London. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Participate in advisory teams, providing financial analysis and modeling support
  • Structure and execute financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and joint ventures
  • Assist in the development of financial models, presentations, and other materials to support client pitches and transactions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' investment banking or equivalent experience
  • History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
