**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our expanding team at H-Seventeen. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our comprehensive range of bakery equipment to both new and existing factories across the United Kingdom.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the client base
* Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in new and existing factories
* Offer expert advice on the full range of bakery equipment, including ovens, packaging, and mixing solutions
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
* Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of equipment
* Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to effectively position our products in the market
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services
**Requirements**
* A proven track record in sales within the bakery, food production, or related industries, or experience as an engineer or project manager looking to transition into sales
* Strong understanding of food production processes and equipment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a national sales territory
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering solutions that meet customer needs

* Competitive base salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
