About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our MyWaitrose loyalty scheme, driving commercial outcomes and customer advocacy, retention, and engagement with the brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue and profit targets, contributing to brand P&Ls and responding to short-term trade conditions and long-term customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Loyalty John Lewis and Head of Pan-Partnership Loyalty & Customer Planning to align across schemes, share best practice, and drive commercial growth.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Build commercial value through proven track record and capability to balance short-term and long-term goals.
