Team Leader - Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our manufacturing team at Highland Spring Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of production operators and ensuring the compliance of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve high-quality production standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues using problem-solving tools and techniques.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority for all team members.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards and processes.
  • Develop and implement improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage absence and employee relations within the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,021.59 per annum.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including up to 10% pension and 22.5 days holiday.

Working Hours:

The role will involve working 4 on 4 off, day and night shifts, with a starting time of 0645/1845 and finishing at 1900/0700.

Location:

The role is based at our site, and due to the location, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
