Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility at Highland Spring Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repair tasks on our production lines, as well as diagnosing and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

• Support the site to meet KPIs and annual targets
• Lead on improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role
• Electrically biased with mechanical experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
• Fault-finding skills
• A valid Full UK Driving licence is required

This role involves working day and night shifts on a 4-day on, 4-day off, 4-nights on, 4-nights off basis. The salary for this role is £44,034 per annum plus benefits.
