Role Overview
BT Group is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Line Network Security Professional to join its team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work onsite in a secure customer facility, providing lead technical support on complex security issues and projects.

Key Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Network Security Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing lead technical support on complex security issues and projects
  • Liaising with customer representatives or vendors
  • Directing other support staff where appropriate
