About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Security Manager to join our team at Mace. As an experienced security professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure delivery of major infrastructure projects contributing to the UK's strategic defence capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to implement security processes across the site and associated locations.
  • Maintain and review security management plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and maintain a comprehensive incident log.
  • Promote a positive security culture among project stakeholders through awareness programs.
  • Carry out regular security audits and provide assurance reports to key clients.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to provide expert security advice and guidance.
  • Support the project team in meeting contractual security obligations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a relevant degree, BTEC/HNC, and working knowledge of security policies and procedures for Government Departments. A proven track record in managing client relationships and a background in security, construction, or project management is essential.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
