UK Sales and Marketing Manager

As a National Sales Manager at CV Bay Ltd, you will have the opportunity to drive new business development and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. We are seeking a highly driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for new business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales across the UK. You will work from home but must be willing to travel nationwide to meet with clients and attend monthly office meetings.
A base salary up to £50,000, company car, laptop, and phone, pension and bonus scheme, and opportunities for career growth are also on offer.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tendering and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of equipment.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately report on sales activities and forecasts.
