Role Overview

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Manchester, you'll play a key part in providing tailored and effective service to our customers. Your goal is to assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs, while ensuring they receive excellent customer service and leave happy with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs
• Help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings
• Perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks
• Assist with scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries, and processing payments
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers leave happy
